Our website does not enable our visitors to communicate with other visitors or for them to post information to be accessed by others. The Pension Service is part of the Department for Work and Pensions. The Department was formed on 8 June 2001 from parts of the former Department of Social Security, and parts of the former Department for Education and Employment.
Email policy
The Department for Work and Pensions email facilities are a way of making general enquiries. The Department regrets that it cannot enter into long exchanges with individuals by email as this is not a secure way of sending personal information.
However, if you contact us by email and we cannot reply in the same way, we will reply by other means like the telephone or by post.
